The Happiness Chart

Happiness is something that everyone wants, but truly happy people are rare. Why is it so hard to find something that everyone is looking for?

Here is a flowchart that asks the question, “Are you happy?” If a person’s answer is “no”, the chart provides a very simple remedy: “Change something.”

I think the chart is meant to be funny. I laughed when I first saw it because the extreme simplicity is ridiculous. Happiness is not that simple!

However, there is some truth in this little chart. We often say, “Happiness is a choice.” It’s not just something that comes to us if we’re lucky; it’s something that we have control over. We create our own happiness with the choices we make.

I also laughed when I saw this chart.
Is there meaning in this chart??
I think that happiness is a choice.
There is like this case that one person is happy, but
another person feels unhappy on same situation.
They choose happyness or unhappiness each other.

Yes, sometimes I meet people who are happy even though their lives are very hard. People like that inspire me. They are my heroes!

Funny chart. I can use it with Noah when he’s whining.

:-) Let me know if it works.

This chart is beautiful in it’s simplicity. We are born with all the tools we need to be happy. Life is only complicated if we make it so. Happiness is a choice; if you are not happy and desire happiness, do something to change that.
